The pool area looked AMAZING!!! It was very clean and well maintained. The staff allowed us to have our room early. It was very convenient. I greatly appreciated that.
The lobby seemed cluttered with the bar area. It felt different from the relaxed, intimate space I expected. I found check-in to be slow. There were only two people at reception. Each paused between customers.

the staff at the door and front desk were great i appreciate that i was immediately accommodated when i requested a room change the bell men were also really helpful i have already booked another stay. i also liked how easy it was to check in and out.
i could hear guests in the next room i think the walls are not thick enough to provide sufficient sound insulation this was a minor inconvenience but it did affect my sleep quality.

Really good stay at a Landmark Hotel

The Union Station proximity was a huge plus, and I found it easy to access various parts of the city. Staff members throughout the hotel were attentive and addressed my needs promptly. The suite upgrade was a wonderful surprise. I appreciated the extra space and beautiful decor. i noticed the fitness center has updated equipment, including several treadmills and weight machines.
I found the in-room coffee wasn't very good. I wish there were better options.

The front desk provided efficient check-in service and answered my questions quickly, though the lobby could get busy during peak times, the staff remained helpful. Housekeeping maintained high standards of cleanliness and attended to room service requests promptly. A concierge helped secure dining reservations. They demonstrated great knowledge of local restaurants.

The Luxury King Room had an excellent bed. It was firm. The bathroom featured separate sinks and a rainfall shower, very good! Amenities included premium toiletries, and the room climate control system was easy to operate. The room included ample storage space, very helpful, for luggage and personal belongings.

The hotel is very near Union Station. The Rogers Centre is also within walking distance. There are many restaurants in the immediate area. It provided convenient access to key city attractions and transport links!

The location was central. It was close to the train station. I liked the beautiful lobby. There was also a bar in the center.

the hotel boasts a prime location, a definite advantage for exploring.
The room i got was terribly small for the price i paid. i found the furniture to be bulky and impractical, it really cramped the limited space. the room felt dark and dingy. There was very little natural light. OLD carpets added to the unappealing atmosphere, i will not be staying again

The location is very convenient to public transportation. I thought the staff was helpful and friendly! They allowed us to have our room early. This was a plus.
I found the lobby a bit cluttered. The tightly packed bar area and decorations felt out of place in a historic building. I had a hard time controlling the shower temperature. It required slow, small adjustments.

staff was Cute. the location directly across from the station was definitely convenient.
the room itself wasn't that great though. sound proofing was non existent. i could hear everything from the hallway. electrical plugs were oddly placed too, it was a struggle to even charge my devices.
